Acerca Consulting is Hiring a Remote Conversation Rate Optimization Consultant

The ideal candidate will drive Marketing ROI by improving visitor acquisition and conversion rates across the web journey for all products. You have built CRO programs for B2B technology companies, and are experienced in simplifying and articulating experimentation outcomes to executives. You will be part of a web marketing team to test and improve the performance of all web acquisition journeys. You will focus on managing test idea intake and prioritization, driving requirements for test development, and managing test execution, results analysis, and reporting.

This is a 6-month contract, 30 hours/week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, own, and manage the web experiment roadmap for clients.
  • Identify problems with the CX and conversion rates of our website through quantitative and qualitative research like user testing, heatmap studies, on-site surveys, data analytics, etc.
  • Leverage behavioral analytics, user research & surveys, and competitor research to audit journey paths, identify gaps in the conversion funnel, and launch experiments to improve conversion
  • Build a culture of experimentation, being able to break down an opinion into hypotheses and key performance indicators.
  • Build hypotheses, test and scale experiments by leveraging multiple levers - messaging, site copy, form parameters, call-to-action buttons, page templates, and more
  • Analyse and evaluate experiments, report on results, and devise iterations on concepts to drive the testing strategy

Experience

  • Have 5 Years of experience with CRO in B2B technology
  • Technical Skills - Proficiency in WordPress, marketing automation and CRM (we use HubSpot and Salesforce), A/B testing tools (we use Nelio), project management tools (we use Asana)
  • Strong knowledge of UX research, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other methodologies.
  • Have deep knowledge of the B2B sales cycle and are on the constant quest to find opportunities to improve demand generation and pipeline contribution.
  • Understand the enterprise prospect’s perspective and what motivates their decision-making. You accomplish this utilizing a broad toolkit which includes competitor research, data analysis, customer feedback, and behavioral analysis.
  • Experience using customer insights and behavioral data to deeply understand customer base and inform strategic plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
