What You'll Do:

• Facilitate educational groups for clients four days a week providing coping and wellness strategies
• Utilize the group process to educate individuals with early symptom recognition and WRAP solutions
• Meet with clients to obtain release of information for collateral contact and additional requests relating to confidentiality
• Complete needs assessments and educate clients with community resources available and how to access them
• Connect and provide clients with transportation for the program

What You'll Being To The Team

• Proficient personal communication skills in order to motivate and engage individuals within the Intensive Outpatient Treatment Support Program
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle, and an acceptable driving record
• Professionalism and commitment to excellence in care
