Responsibilities

• Review purchase agreements and use SoftPro to enter data.
• Opening orders and completing document preparation in a timely manner.
• Search and examine various public records, Analyzes deeds, mortgages, easements, judgments, taxes, liens, restrictions
• Type Title Commitment documents based on the findings determined during the Title Examiner's search and review of a given property.
• Support customer care and administrative duties related to escrow closings and post-closing work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
