Responsibilities:

• Maintain the various interactions with the client, design team, contractors, representatives of agencies, and other stakeholders in the project in an efficient manner. It is the project manager's responsibility to cultivate these connections further.
• In a high-stress setting, accountable for organizing and leading many disciplines.
• In order to guarantee that the project moves forward according to plan and within the allocated budget, the project manager oversees and manages the work of the team comprising the general contractor, the architect, and the engineer.
• Provides haphazard enforcement of the construction contract, carefully collaborates with the project team to guarantee contract compliance, and applies strict control to guarantee the project team is adhering to project limitations.
• Accountable for overseeing large and minor projects as well as providing leadership, interpreting, organizing, coordinating, and carrying out project responsibilities.
• Provide prompt updates on all pertinent matters to the client and their representatives. Understanding the project's largest risk area is necessary in order to create a plan or plans to reduce it.
• In-depth analysis, management, and superior leadership on all stages of building projects should be among the skills that candidates should be able to undertake.
• Accountable for visiting ongoing construction sites and performing manual labor-intensive tasks such as walking over uneven terrain, standing for extended periods of time, stooping, lifting, and other related tasks.

Requirements (If you don't meet these requirements, you shouldn't apply):

• In addition to having seven years of experience in commercial and residential project applications as project managers, candidates must hold a degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
• It is necessary to have prior experience as an owner's representative, especially in supervising designers and contractors.
• Having experience in public works is beneficial.
• Good computer abilities are required for all Microsoft Office software, as well as Excel (recommended), Microsoft Project, Adobe, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
• Ability to estimate, schedule, manage quality, create progress reports, bill progress, coordinate and review design, prepare cost reports, prepare proposals, and communicate effectively are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
