Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and Key Holder. In this role, you will assist customers, share a positive attitude with customers visiting our store...and show a passion for learning about denim and providing service to people in our store.

Responsibilities:
- Passion for food in Santa Barbara, and sharing your favorite food experiences
- High level of awareness for people to acknowledge that they are there, and listen to their needs
- Neat Freak, constantly looking for things that can be folded, cleaned and straightened
- Desire to learn about the business and products
- Goal for personal self growth
- Self Confidence for making others feel good and the ability to crack jokes and make people laugh
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
- Comfort with technology...and the ability to problem solve and be calm when things get busy
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with the public...and good memory
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent team management abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire customers and team members
- Interest in stock management procedures, including inventory control and ordering processes
- Respectful at all times, inclusive, considerate attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations
- Familiarity with store management software systems is a plus
- Exceptional time management skills to ensure efficient store operations
