Denver Shuttle Driver

Position Summary

Responsible for providing a high level of customer service. Interacts with customers while providing routine transportation of passengers by van or bus to and from the airport.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the Airport.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
• Assist customers with luggage on and off of the shuttle
• Operate radio or similar device to communicate with location or other vehicles to report disruption of service
• Keep the shuttle clean and presentable at all times
• Keep a timely shuttle route
• Periodically may be required to assist in other operational functions (e.g. supporting the Lot/Gate/Return operations)
• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have a positive upbeat attitude.
• Must be willing to go above and beyond for customer experience/satisfaction.
• Must have a sense of professionalism and have the ability to manage stressful or unusual situations in order to maintain good customer service.
• Ability to handle multitasking (being able to handle two or three customers at the same time while verifying information.)
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions (wind, cold, heat, snow, rain, etc).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Frequently.
• Basic level experience and understanding of a PC and Microsoft Office Products preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in car rental industry preferred, or relevant experience in a customer service environment.
• Must have the flexibility to work day and/or evening hours, as well as weekends/holidays.
• Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.

Pay: $18.29 per hour
