The recruiter role helps us identify those that can succeed and thrive within our organization.

What you will be doing:

  • Source candidates for a variety of exempt and non-exempt office and field positions.
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open positions.
  • Manage the full recruitment process including initial screening assessments, interviews, and job offers.
  • Provide recruitment guidance to hiring managers with hiring and employment data.
  • Ensure timely completion of scheduling and pre-employment activities.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, as well as internal and external candidates, and third-party vendors.
  • Conduct reference checks and communicate the status of the selection process to applicants.
  • Provide recommendations to hiring managers to ensure top talent selection, as well as comply with affirmative action/EEO requirements.
  • Handle up to 60 job requisitions per week.

What we are looking for:

  • 2 years corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills coupled with the ability to write effective ad copy.
  • Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and local ordinances as they relate to the recruitment process.
  • Demonstrated experience with a wide variety of networking and sourcing channels.
  • Microsoft Office competency
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment, handle multiple tasks and priorities, and work within time constraints
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to work independently as well as with a corporate team.
