This pivotal role is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, employees, and potential employees. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, organized, and adaptable team player with excellent people skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor confidential customer, employee, and candidate information
• Edit and open requisitions to internal/external sites
• Manage customer collection processes for Business and Residential customers
• Handle high volume phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage customer renewal processes for Small Business and Residential customers
• Plan and execute company-wide Employee Engagement Events

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in customer service, preferably in the Landscape Industry
• Experience leading a team of 2-4 employees for at least 3 years
• 3 years in recruiting talent
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability in conflict resolution
• Adaptable to changing situations
