STMS Database Analyst The Database Analyst serves as the enterprise system administrator and is responsible for management of the STMS framework, business solution definition, data analysis of the STMS and mapping of data to customer reports, technical recommendation and testing, and project execution in support of the STMS technical initiatives and strategies, including transitioning from FLAIR to PALM. This role involves preparation of reports, analysis of data within the system and management of reporting templates used by agencies to report their travel to Executive Office of the Governor or the Legislature. The analyst also provides support to agencies with generating their own reports.
