Ace Hardware of Windsor is Hiring a Business to Business Sales Representative Near Windsor, CO

The Business to Business Sales Representative will focus on B2B account development. This position fosters and creates the culture to concentrate on service, promotions and sales. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and call on area retail businesses with areas of concentration in retail, property management, contractors, rental companies, mines, government, schools, and public buildings
  • Foster and promote our brand, image and reputation at all times
  • This position will sell, order, and service all account activities
  • Success in sales will be developed with account increase vs prior year
  • Develop ideas to increase store traffic such as contractor events and product knowledge seminars
  • Communicate trends in the business to peers and managers
  • Deliver and assemble product to clients home or business

Minimum Requirements:

  • Posses a vast product knowledge of hardware related products along with a willingness to learn
  • Minimum of 3-5 years business to businees sales experience
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead and develop others
  • Able to handle multiple projects and task with a high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of retail computer systems, MS Word and Excel a plus
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time
  • Move and handle boxes and merchandise which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth
