SERVICES ASSOCIATE
We need an energetic, customer-focused individual who has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and is committed to service excellence and customer satisfaction. Are you retired? A student? Or need a second income? Ace is The Place!
Bring us your skills OR we'll teach you how to:

• Duplicate keys,
• Cut and program advanced car keys and remotes,
• Rekey locks,
• Build screens and/or re-screen them,
• Sharpening knives and tools,
• Dispense propane,
• Repair small engines,
• Cut glass and plexiglass,
• Maintain all backroom tools and supplies as necessary.

Over time, you also may be taught to:

• Mix paint,
• Complete small repairs,
• Assist with department and aisle grooming.

Our structured training program ensures all new employees become proficient at performing all services and at providing the type of helpful assistance Ace customers expect.
Qualifications

• Helpful customer service skills and positive upbeat attitude
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours -- including evenings, weekends and holidays -- to meet the needs of the business and the customer
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• High energy level
• Previous retail, hardware or trades experience is a plus
