Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in trade/handyman services.
• Previous crew/team management experience.
• Proficiency in a wide range of trades, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, and basic plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Ownership of a full set of personal tools.
• Strong leadership qualities with a knack for teaching, mentoring, and motivating team members.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
• Collaborative, optimistic, and reliable with a commitment to team success.
• Ability to manage, hire, train, and evaluate personnel at various skill levels.
• Experience in supervising projects and ensuring quality control and delivering on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and coordinate field activities.
• Lead and develop a team of handymen at different skill levels.
• Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations of field employees.
• Ensure team members progress through our Career Path program, including certifications and skill assessments.
• Actively participate in handyman duties, demonstrating expertise in various trades.
• Manage larger projects, ensuring excellence in execution time management and customer satisfaction.
• Job estimation and material take-off.
