Seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Estimator / Project Manager to join and be an integral part of our growing Fire Alarm Department. The candidate will possess a strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, is customer-focused, and is self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Actively grow business by seeking new relationships and service opportunities.
• Produce accurate estimates and create proposals for new contracts-ground up, build-outs, renovations.
• Cross-sell for other company departments.
• Maintain a high level of service and professionalism.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals in accordance with company policy and in a professional and timely manner.
• Actively pursue opportunities with existing and new prospective customers in an effort to build business.

• Expected to meet or exceed annual, assigned sales goal/budget
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Specific Requirements:

• Nevada State F Card (or willing to go take the test and pass)
• Minimum one-year experience in the fire alarm/sprinkler industry, including estimating, installation, service, and testing of commercial & industrial fire alarm systems.

Qualifications/Skills:

Good communication

Strong customer service skills

Proficient computer skills

Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend schematics

Demonstrated ability to use diagnostic tools such as multimeters and programmers

Good driving record

Ability to work as part of a team to achieve the Company’s overall goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
