The ideal candidate should have a 1 years of Dental or Healthcare Customer service experience. Spanish speaking preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must as this job requires continuous interaction with patients both in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities include (but not limited too)

* Confirm and schedule patient appointments via phone and online software.

* Welcome patients with smile ,Check patients in and out of the practice

* Post payments and copays to Accounts

* Explain treatment plans & discuss financial responsibility with patient.

* Keep patient records updated

* Balance Daily Deposits for Insurance and Credit Cards

* Open Dental or Dental Software Experience A Plus

Training will be provided , Great communication skills ,teamplay will put you in position to succeed. Pay range and benefits are competitive depending on experience. $18-23/hr

Pay: $18.00 - $22.21 per hour
