Ace Concepts Inc. specializes in all things Customer Engagement, Sales, and Marketing. That is why we are currently looking for an individual who is motivated to join our team as the Customer Engagement Representative.

Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Representative:

• Work directly with our client's customers and assist with answering questions, explaining product features and benefits, and close sales
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and follow all client compliance guidelines when working with customers hands-on
• Have a full understanding of daily and quarterly sales goals
• Master all product knowledge and be able to cross sell different products and services
• Work seamlessly with the Customer Service team and trade tips in order to improve the engagement experience as a whole

Requirements of the Customer Engagement Representative:

• A high school degree Bachelors degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship, or other related field is preferred, but not required
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in any customer service related position
• A desire to learn and take on new challenges
• The ability to communicate well both internally and externally
• Possessing a competitive spirit and a drive to grow is a plus
