- Depending on experience, quarterly bonus on the profitability of company revenue.

- Scheduling, dispatching, and planning equipment needs.
- Support in the development and implementation of systems that will support the Manager in the attainment of the companies’ financial and operational goals.

- Keep the promises made by the company to our customers
- Support the interview and hiring process for driver candidates
- 1 year of dispatching experience is required, with McLeod TMS preferred
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships and communicate with both external and internal customers
- Possess excellent computer skills and experience using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook), office/data entry and scheduling programs
- Able to multitask, think fast, and work well under pressure
- Able to handle a constant high volume of calls both incoming and outgoing.
