Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced Travel Progressive Care Unit/Stepdown RNs to join our team and provide exceptional care to patients in Charlotte, NC, and the surrounding areas. As a Travel RN, you will have the opportunity to explore new environments while utilizing your skills to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit/Step-down setting
• Assess patients' conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Progressive Care Unit/Stepdown nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently

Assignment Details:

• 13-week assignments with the option to extend
• Both day shifts and night shifts available
• Options for 36 guaranteed hours weekly or 48 hours guaranteed weekly
• Pay packages range from $1,980-$2800 weekly
