Requirements:

• In office during first 3 months and option to move into hybrid or remote setting once training and such is completed
• Previous transportation or B2B business success experience required, logistics experience preferred.
• Sales experience not necessary but beneficial.
• High school diploma mandatory; college education advantageous.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven with a sense of urgency and adept at working within deadlines.
• Flexible and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Innovative thinker with a knack for solution selling.
• Proactive and able to take initiative.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop leads through cold-calling, appointment setting, and telemarketing.
• Work collaboratively with support staff to maximize sales opportunities.
• Think creatively to provide tailored solutions to clients.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Embrace training and mentorship to continuously improve skills.
