Accura Healthcare is Hiring a Medication aide Near Waite, MN

Sterling Park Senior Living (40 bed skilled nursing facility) is seeking a Trained Medication Aide (TMA) to join our team.

In this essential healthcare role, you provide person-centered care and medication administration to our residents. The staffing structure for this community is 2 TMA's and 1 Nurse for 40 residents during the day shift.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

Full Time and Part-time, day shift (12 hours) with every 3rd weekend rotation

Starting wage up to $26.25 / hour

JOB SUMMARY

Trained Medication Aides (TMAs) are responsible for administering medications, assessing information, and performing treatments in coordination with the resident's care plan, the facility's policies, and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Hold current TMA certification with applicable state, without restrictions, and / or ability to obtain a state-specific certification (includes current CNA certification).
  • Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
