AccuraHealthCare of Carroll,located in Carroll, IA, is an 80-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with anadditional 28-beds dedicated to Assisted Living (AL). We are seeking a LicensedPractical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. CURRENT NEEDS: Full or part-time opportunities available; 1st (6a-2p) and 2nd (2-10p) shift; option of 8 or 12-hour shiftsSIGN-ON BONUS: $3,000 for full-time

Job Summary: As a Licensed PracticalNurse (LPN), you provide quality care to residents while ensuring allapplicable laws, regulations, and company standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Hold current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain state specific license.
• Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions.
• Must be capable of performing the EssentialFunctions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
