AccumTech is Hiring a Technical Analyst/Scrum Master Near Ann Arbor, MI
This unique role combines the leadership skills of a Scrum Master with the technical expertise of a Business Analyst, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work with a cross-functional team and guide the team toward continuous improvement and successful product delivery. Using your expertise in agile methodologies and technical acumen, you will help to drive product innovation and solve complex problems in a fun, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
Facilitate sprints, sprint planning, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, and analytics
Coordinate backlog grooming and ensure that user stories are refined and ready for development
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and team members to refine functional requirements and create actionable technical requirements/documentation
Support Development Manager in defining and managing technical roadmap
Oversee all phases of testing including automation and regression testing
Manage software development release process and procedures
Stay up to date and provide recommendations on the latest technologies, trends, and best practices
Requirements
3-5 years of related technical experience
Knowledge and experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrates initiative, drive, and approaches challenges with a “can-do” attitude
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to efficiently multi-task.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Experience with Jira, Confluence
Scrum Master/Product Owner certification
