About The Position

We seek a Product Analyst who loves data, analytics, and product research. AccuLynx Product Analysts are expected to be skilled, curious, and driven to find the correct answers that will impact business decisions by analyzing and formulating critical insights. Strong communication and presentation skills will be essential as will be experience with behavioral analytics and measurement platforms.

As a product analyst, you will be deeply familiar with the data analysis process, you have an understanding of different tools as well as analytics best practices. You will understand our business and product and employ suitable methods and data to answer product teams' and business owners' questions about our products and work quickly and confidently while delivering high-quality output through presentations or dashboards.

Huge plus if you have experience with Heap (Heap.io) as it is our behavioral analytics platform. But if you are strong in other platforms, we have no problem training you.

This is a full-time remote position, reporting to the VP of Product and Design.


Responsibilities

  • You will own data and analytics support for our product teams.
  • You will query our SQL databases and product analytics (Heap/Churn Zero) to conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover valuable insights.
  • You will analyze the nature of our users and accounts to monitor engagement and discover churn risk.
  • You will help with the strategic product planning.
  • You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • You will communicate findings to Product Management, Engineering, and Senior Leadership roles.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 years of professional experience as a Data / Business / Product Analyst or Consultant.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an analytical discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Proficiency with SQL, and familiarity with an analytics programming language, such as Python or R a plus.
  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools for strategic reporting and analytical exploration.
  • Advanced data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing.
  • Passion for learning and driving to an answer.
  • Ability to turn data into answers to complex questions.
  • Detail-oriented while considering the big picture.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and fielding responsibilities spanning multiple projects at any time.
  • SaaS / Startup Background.
