We are currently seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our Beloit, WI office! As a Customer Success Manager at AccuLynx, you will be responsible for a blend of account management, product enablement, and customer support. This role is responsible for managing and driving engagement with our SMB customer base. Success in this role will be measured based on customer retention, growth, and satisfaction. What You Will Do:

  • Manage and own a growing portfolio of AccuLynx customer accounts, maintaining an updated ChurnZero Customer profile for all customers in the portfolio
  • Execute and optimize a customer outreach program to proactively drive product adoption and maintain engagement based on customer tier/segment
  • Accept responsibility for new customers in a hand-off from Sales and guide them through the AccuLynx onboarding and Enablement program
  • Monitor customers identified as being at risk of canceling and increase engagement with them proactively to resolve issues that might be causing them to churn
  • Handle inbound client cancellation calls and attempt to solve issues to prevent them from churning
  • Schedule ongoing training sessions where needed with the Enablement team, while also conducting engaging product demonstrations via the web where full-blown training may not be required
  • Handle all customer pricing and billing inquiries, including re-engaging customers whose billing method has lapsed and who are not responding to the standard notifications
  • Collaborate with Senior Customer Success Manager on projects such as up-sell/cross-sell Marketing campaigns to existing customers, as well as optimization of processes and procedures
  • Act as a customer advocate internally, working collaboratively with the Sales, Operations, and Support teams 
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service to our customers and respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Track and report progress in Salesforce.com on daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Your Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college in business or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of proven customer success or account management experience in a SaaS environment (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • “Farmer” mentality - you have a passion for finding ways to grow existing business
  • An entrepreneurial spirit - the idea of being an active participant in a growing company must excite you
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be tech savvy and able to navigate a CRM
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
