We are seeking a Mid-Senior Software Developer proficient in writing and implementing machine learning models within production systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, experience with developing and deploying scalable machine learning solutions, and a passion for driving innovation in AI-driven applications.

To be successful in this role you have: 

• 5 years of experience in software development 

• 2 years of experience implementing ML solutions in production systems 

 
You are proficient with: 

• Python, JavaScript/Typescript, Java 

• ML Frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch 

• MySQL, MariaDB, or other relational database 

• Git and version control software like GitHub or Bitbucket 

• Application/system design and architecture 

• Delivering software in an iterative environment using agile methodologies 

• Automated testing frameworks (ie., jest, junit, etc.) 

 
Bonus points if you are familiar with: 

• Google Cloud services, e.g. BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Vertex AI 

• Developing Recommender Services 

• Kotlin, PHP 

• Asynchronous systems using Kafka or a similar technology 

• Docker 

• Working in a service-oriented architecture

• Working on large-scale distributed systems

• CI/CD software best practices

• Technical leadership experience

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development and machine learning 

• Collaborate with leadership and product managers to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements

A reasonable, good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position is $120K-$145K at a mid-level and $145K-$175K at a senior level. This position will also include a profit sharing that is dependent on a variety of factors.
