Accredo Packaging is Hiring an Inventory Control Specialist II Near Sugar, TX

We are currently looking for an Inventory Control Specialist II. This role will help coordinate and implement inventory software, be responsible for inventory counts, and maintain inventory databases. Salary range: $42,000 - $65,000 Commensurate with experience. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Daily production floor walk through for reconciliation of film rolls per BC365 report, to include verification of the location of each film roll and identification of missing rolls. Reconciliation of missing rolls by utilizing the Material Request Management System database and verifying that the rolls were delivered to the scanned bin location. Utilize the BC365 database to determine operator errors and report findings to the responsible department supervisors/managers. Daily receipt of railcar Purchase Orders for resin, create a report for unloading railcars. For every warehouse shipment, physically verify every staging pallet and film rolls in that shipment matches the shipping information in BC365. Record and report to the ERP team any issues with shipments. Record all shipments processed by the Warehouse Shipping phone app and report any issues to ERP team. Assist Press and Lamination departments with roll consumption or labeling issues. Create resin label for Super Sacks (to prepare for shipping resin to Accredo Asia) Fix and print new Resin box label as needed. Qualifications: Education: A High School diploma and one year of IT support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Skills: Intermediate to advanced computer operation and typing skills; Experience with web-based software, ERP systems and Microsoft suite products, such as Word and Excel. Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy. Physical Demands: Must be able to sit (60%), walk/ stand (40%), reach, bend, crouch, twist; manual dexterity required for cycle counting & other tasks. Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds. Speaking and hearing required to communicate over the telephone. Vision, depth perception & color vision required to perform essential duties.
