The Converting Process Engineer position will assist in Converting operations contributing towards improving manufacturing efficiencies by utilizing process improvement techniques. Key Duties & Responsibilities • Process Optimization on all Converting departments including data collection, analysis, actions and follow up. • Involve in Converting departments’ special projects by engineering support requested by Converting manager. • Act as Converting supervisor as necessary occasionally. • Effectively communicate with key stakeholders at all levels and in all departments of the company to ensure their engagement and support of process improvement activities. Qualifications: • Education: bachelor’s degree in engineering. • Experience: minimum 3 years operation experience, lamination knowledge is plus. • Skills: process improvement techniques, data analysis and computer proficiency, good written/verbal communication skills. Physical Demands: This job operates in manufacturing environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. Additional Tasks: • Do data analysis and Power point report / presentation on projects. • Work with Continuous Improvement team for any Converting related projects.
