Accredited Property Management, a fully integrated residential property management firm is looking for an experienced candidate to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential Homeowners Association on the North Shore of Nassau County. This role is a full-time, on-site Property Management opportunity, working with full management team on-site; full-time Assistant Property Manager, Receptionist, Maintenance Staff, cleaning personnel, and accounting support.

Skill set:

• Minimum 5 years of property management experience working with residential communities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong time management and problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Responsibilities:

Our Full-Time On-Site Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations and well being; including inspections, employee management, supervision and oversight, vendor/contractor relationships, Homeowner relations/customer service, renovation and construction oversight, Sales and Leasing Department liaison, community wide communications and scheduling, work order/maintenance request prioritization and execution, and more.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
