Your leadership and passion for excellence will drive the team to deliver exceptional service, creating memorable cousu main moments for our guests.
Responsibilities : Train & develop staff members in product knowledge and 5 star service standardsLead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to uphold the highest standards of service and hospitality.
Implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, nurturing the growth and development of your team members.
Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the essence of Sofitel's commitment to luxury and refinement.To be successful in your application, you must : Be amazing - have an outgoing personality with genuine passion for HospitalityShow initiative - you are approachable team player and you can think outside of the box.
