Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Baylor plan 6pm-6am Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide quality care and support to patients in various medical settings.

Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in pain management, pediatrics, ostomy care, laboratory procedures, health coaching, dialysis, airway management is preferred
- Familiarity with Epic or other electronic medical records systems is a plus
