General Job Description:
The Project Manager is expected develop and maintain a client base, manage sales, and manage the field labor for each project. The Project Manager will use judgement and discretion in representing the company. He/she is expected to show a high level of commitment and involvement with his/her work and the company's business.
Acts as a mentor to: Project Engineers and Project Coordinators
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Management
Understand financial aspects of the job
Build and manage relationships with internal and external customers
Effective communication with internal and external customers
Mentoring
Other duties and special assignments as directed by upper management to accomplish mutually agreed upon goals.

Typical hours: Monday to Friday, starting as early as 6:00 am and ending at 7:00 pm.
Travel: Based on business needs to and from the primary office to regional branch offices & job sites. Varying work in varying locations.
Competitive Wages:
$100,000 to $125,000 Annual Salary. Applicants please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The offered wage or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation.
