Acclaim Home Health Care has a professional and supportive management team. You will continue to have on-going training to support your skill set and the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conduct regular in-person visits with client and caregiver to ensure clients remain safe and healthy in the community while decreasing/preventing unnecessary hospitalizations and re-hospitalizations
• Responsible for implementing and conducting evaluations and trainings
• Ongoing evaluations of client's health status, safety in the community, and any potential resources needed
• Oversee daily operations and sales, while using marketing strategies to help with the growth and expansion of the home health division
• Staff client's visits as needed
• Perform any other additional duties that may be required by management

Job Requirements :

• Possession of a current license as a RN issued by Massachusetts State of Board
• Valid MA drivers license and or available transportation
