The Patient Care Coordinator Level 1/ Customer Care Representative position is responsible for coordinating and scheduling of medical treatment for individuals who have been injured in auto-related accidents. This position works with law firms to analyze the needs of their clients, and our patients, and coordinate appropriate medical care based on the recommendations of the medical providers within the constraints of the known automobile policy limits. You must have a strong desire to care for and help patients who find themselves in a challenging situation of being injured. We are a medical provider and a funding company who pays for all the care for these patients who cannot afford to get the care they need. It is important to us that every patient receives the treatment they need to recover and be able to get back to their normal life, and you will be entrusted and empowered to ensure they get this.
