Overview:
Established and fast paced primary care office in Sand Springs, OK is looking to add a highly energetic, detail-oriented and organized individual to our scheduling team. The ideal candidate has an 'can do' attitude with excellent customer service experience.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments using our electronic medical records system
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure optimal scheduling and patient flow
- Verify patient insurance information and update patient records as necessary
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Assist with medical receptionist duties, including checking patients in and out, collecting payments, and managing patient paperwork
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure efficient operations of the medical office

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems is highly desired
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical scheduling systems is an advantage

Pay: $17.70 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
