Job Description

Responsible for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of patients in collaboration with a clinical team and the supervising physician in a dynamic & growing Urgent Care setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with common acute conditions, illnesses, or minor trauma in collaboration with supervising physician.
• Maintain medical records to the highest standards & properly document all medical evaluations, diagnoses, procedures, treatment, outcomes, education, and referrals.
• Able to perform Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examinations.
• Order appropriate diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications within scope of license.
• Assimilate knowledge gained from conferences, workshops, professional literature, and hands on training and implement new protocols/procedures in the the clinic.
• Regular and punctual attendance to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist in patient flow through patient triage and other nursing duties as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
