We have an immediate opening for a Customer Relationship Associate to spearhead customer acquisition and retention for our clients. This role will introduce you to the basics of our company and expose you to techniques taught across all departments in the company.

This position is considered entry level and training will cover the essential skills and knowledge you’ll need to master to get to the next level. Individuals who maintain a student mentality with a passion for learning tend to master the fundamentals quickly and excel to a leadership role.

Job Details:

• Sales and Direct Marketing: our goal is for you to understand the sales cycle including presentations to the customers and how our clients’ messages are portrayed to the general public
• Customer Service and Customer Acquisition: the professionals in our firm will work with you one on one to educate you on techniques that will catch the attention of customers. You will also learn how to tailor products to specific needs or preferences that we will teach you to identify.
• Leadership and Management : Our company doesn’t grow unless you do; so we will dedicate time every day to demonstrate effective leadership skills that will serve you throughout your career. This includes how to motivate and set goals with colleagues, to to develop and train others, and more.

• Our main concern is that you maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
• We appreciate a strong work ethic; if you are the type of person who gets to the office first and leaves last- this will be a great fit for you (although you are not required to do so)
• We look for excellent communication skills, those who are comfortable with public speaking, and those who are willing to step outside of their comfort zone if they are not yet comfortable with public speaking
• We are seeking individuals who are go getters, who are driven and insatiable in achieving their goals
• Individuals who are quick to build relationships, love interacting with people, and consider themselves to be social butterflies are ideal for this role
