ACC is dedicated to helping people with disabilities maintain meaningful employment within their communities by providing one-on-one coaching at their place of employment.
As a job coach you will work one-on-one with a small caseload of adults and support them in their jobs in a multitude of working environments. You will go home at the end of the day knowing that you helped your clients succeed, made a difference in their life, and helped them grow their skills. This position is community based work with the goal of supporting clients at their job site or neutral location of their preference specifically in the Portland/East Portland area.
