The Store Manager is responsible for general management of all activities within an assigned large retail partner. The Store Manager will maximize store revenue and profits through efficient management of all store activities, including the sales management, sales marketing, setting sales appointments, closing the sale, training, and outbound calls to active customers with Acima. Store manager will be accountable for customer growth and ensuring the retailer partnership is flourishing.
The Store Manager will also monitor and oversee customer satisfaction, proper management and protection of company assets and the development of talent management at larger locations. Store managers will provide leadership and ensure to comply with our mission statement, code of ethics, and core values.

Sales Driven:
· Establish and track daily and weekly sales objectives
· Supervise and guide coworkers in sales activities
· Facilitate the conversion of rental and lease agreements with customers and potential customers and oversee sales outcomes to ensure revenue growth.
· Address challenging accounts requiring managerial intervention
· Authorize customer commitments
· Supervise coworkers in day to day completion of job duties
· Effectively communicate and promote the accessibility, flexibility, and convenience of Acima's leasing services to potential customers
· Educate customers on lease terms and delivery protocols, review overdue accounts, and engage with customers to encourage timely payments.
· Oversee sales and account operations
· Guide customer interactions on leasing options, ensuring clarity on payment terms and top-notch service
