What You Will Do:

• Assist with daily personal care tasks to ensure client dignity and comfort.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress, and significant changes.
• Monitor client well-being, administer medications, and respond to emergencies.
• Help individuals enhance life skills for greater independence and social integration.
• Implement behavior plans and provide guidance to manage behavioral challenges.

What We Need From You

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid and current Florida Driver's License
• Pass a Local Law & Level II Background Check
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities 
• Able to complete one week of onboarding and training.
