E-commerce Merchandising Analyst (must live in EST zone)

Great opportunity with a global Fortune 50 company! You will work on ad-hoc projects to analyze top competitors' e-commerce merchandising data to help the business make data-driven strategy decisions on potentially onboarding specific products to sell on our client's e-commerce site.

This is a 9 month contract (potential to extend/convert) in the Atlanta area.

You can work remotely or come into the office , but you must live in EST.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather e-commerce / sales data from multiple sources & tools
• Perform data manipulation from large datasets
• Analyze, cleanse, organize, & present data
• Extract data via SQL when needed
• Competitor analysis of products
• Potential to visualize and report solutions/performance via Tableau, Excel, and Powerpoint

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of data analysis experience in at least 1 of the following areas: web analytics, online merchandising, product/pricing analysis, or web scraping
• Strong Excel skills - VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, IF-THEN, & Pivot Tables
• Experience writing SQL queries from scratch
• Experience in uncovering trends/insights in data and in making data-driven recommendations
• Data visualization experience: Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
