Responsibilities

• Present and explain technologies to customers, guide them through requirements gathering and formulate a solution.
• Gather requirements, create accurate Solution Overviews, High Level Designs, Bill of Materials (BOM), write proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Build and maintain strong relationship with customers and internal teams.
• Provide guidance and expertise on data center technologies, including Pure, Dell, NetApp, Cohesity, VEEAM, Zerto, AWS, GCP, Cisco UCS, VMware, Microsoft.
• Interfaces with key vendors to develop customer solutions.
• Assist internally to create and maintain documentation, templates, processes, and other collateral for use by Sales teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Deep understanding of Enterprise Data Center, Storage, Compute, data protection, BC/DR and Cloud Solutions
• Industry experience with Cisco UCS, Dell, Cohesity, VEEAM, Pure, Azure, AWS, GCP
• Problem solving, diagnostic and analytical skills required
• Exceptional customer facing skills
• Able to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience

• Design, planning, and deployment of solutions for enterprise, commercial, and public sector customers

• Proven success and experience selling technology solutions and services to small business, enterprise, or global

• 5 years of experience in data center solutions, including data protection, cloud infrastructure, and storage and compute
• 2 years of experience developing proposals and statements of work.

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or military experience

Travel

Local Travel with some Regional Travel (< 50%)
