You Are:

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using ASP.NET MVC. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality applications.

The Work:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using ASP.NET MVC, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project delivery.

• Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring the growth and development of the team.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ASP.NET MVC and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's What You Need:

• Minimum of 5 years experience with experience in ASP.NET MVC.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing offshore resources.

• Minimum of 1 year experience materials Manufacturing Process tracking and analysis

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have an equivalent minimum 6 years of work experience

Bonus Points If:

• Proficiency in Cloud technologies (Azure)

• Experience in the Metal Industry, Manufacturing Domain.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
