Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Software Engineer to assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.
Here's what you need:
- 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer in a LINUX environment
- 3 years of experience with Python, as well as two or more of the following languages: C-Shell, JavaScript, R, Java, Bash
- Experience in developing data analytics
- Familiarity with Open Source metrics tools such as ElasticSearch, Kibana and/or Splunk
- Experience with Common Integrated Development Environments (IDE)
- Experience with basic to intermediate LINUX functions and system administration
- Experience with one or more of the following build tools: AutoTool, ANT, Maven or similar tool
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in writing and modifying Java based Apache NiFi processors
- Developing or updating RHEL/CentOS Kickstart files and PXE-booting
- Familiarity with system/infrastructure CM tools such as SaltStack and Nagios
- Experience building or working with RPMs
- Experience or familiarity with traffic analysis
- Experience with MySQL
- Experience with web apps deployment and Apache Tomcat

- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $82,200 - $144,000
Colorado: $82,200 - $124,300
New York: $76,000 - $144,000
Washington: $87,500 - $132,500
