Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer of agricultural products in Wilson, NC who is hiring a Production Lead/Supervisorto join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 7am-4pm Monday-Friday offering excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead will oversee production lines
• Lead will supervise processes to ensure product is handled properly and is in good condition
• Lead will ensure all required sampling is prepared in accordance to guidelines and specifications
• Lead will ensure reports are accurate and in compliance

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 2 years leadership background in manufacturing environments
• Candidates must have Machine Operation and Processing background
• Candidate must be mechanically inclined
• Candidates must be computer savvy
• Candidates must be comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment
• Candidates must have a high school diploma; Associates degree a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
