Accentuate Staffing is Hiring a Maintenance technician Near Durham, NC
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading textile manufacturer in the Durham area who is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join their team.
This is a direct hire opportunity working 8am-4 : 30pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities :
- Maintenance technician will troubleshoot and maintain facility and plant production equipment, washers, dryers, press machines, conveyors
- Technician will maintain electrical systems, PLCs, relay logic
- Technician will maintain mechanical systems, gears, motors, pumps
- Technician will maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air compressors
- Technician will troubleshoot and maintain boilers
- Technician will schedule and perform preventative maintenance work
Requirements :
- Candidates must have 5 years experience with utility and production equipment maintenance
- Candidates must have 2 years background supporting 3 phase electrical systems and machine controls
- Candidates must be proficient reading maintenance manuals, blueprints, schematics
- Candidates must okay working in non climate controlled environments
- Candidates with welding and fabrication background a plus
- Candidates must have prior forklift training
