Accent Services Inc., a Vonachen family company, is looking to fill a FULL-TIME, SECOND SHIFT Lead Cleaner position working primarily evenings in mutiple commercial, office, manufacturing facilities in the Marinette, WI / Menominee, MI areas. The standard work schedule will vary between first and second shift hours typically between 7:00AM to 10:00PM Monday through Friday. Some flexibility in scheduling and weekend hours will be required as needed. Essential responsibilities of this position will include traveling between accounts completing cleaning duties, service protocols, customer interactions, quality control and following safety procedures. This position will have customer contact for our accounts and so strong relationship management skills are required.

The pay range for this full-time opportunity is $18.00/hour.

Responsibilities/Duties

Successful candidates will assist in the management of employees ensuring daily job duties are completed by all employees and following up with employees and management to ensure customer satisfaction. Will fill in as necessary completing any dusting, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting restrooms, and cleaning of offices.

Required Skills

Previous supervisory experience is required. Successful candidates will be reliable and have an eye for detail. The position will include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, a lot of walking and lifting up to 40 pounds. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and clean driving record are required. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and must be able to pass pre-employment requirements as needed.

Details

The pay rate is $18.00 per hour depending upon custodial cleaning experience and availability. Benefits offered include medical, dental, vision, 401K and paid vacation/holidays.
