Position Summary:

Accent on Management, a leading association management company located in Columbus, Ohio provides association management to a variety of state, regional and national trade and professional organizations. Due to growth within the company, we are seeking an organized, energetic leader for the position of Account Executive.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for serving as the executive director for multiple nonprofit associations. Responsibilities will include:

• Organization and governance
• Fiscal management
• Conference and event planning
• Membership marketing
• Public relations
• Facilitation of communications to boards/committees/members
• Managing a PAC
• Managing day-to-day operations
• Staying informed on issues pertinent to the clients’ profession

Qualifications:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree; CAE or past experience in association management a plus.
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Displays excellent written and verbal skills.
• Demonstration of leadership experience will be strongly considered.
• Travel is required for this position.
