Evening Rounds

-Visit with 5 patients in an outpatient setting

-Perform Vitals & Clinical Institute Withdrawal Assessment

-Provide documentation of encounter via Practice Fusion EMR

Communicate with medical director, clinical manager and program director to effectively coordinate client(s) treatment plan

Detox Shifts

-Provide 12 hour supervision per client

- Perform vitals & Clinical Institute Withdrawal Assessment every 1-2 hours

- Perform breathalyzer and document blood alcohol content

- Assist medical director with detox evaluation

-Provide documentation of detox progress via Practice Fusion EMR

-Communicate with medical director, clinical manager and program director to effectively implement proper detox protocols

- Administer and document medications to reduce withdrawal symptoms

-Prepare detox triage equipment, medications, PRN supplements and miscellaneous supplies

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour
