DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

• Establishing customer base by calling, proceeding with quotations and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
• Developing relationships with customers and generating new business.
• Visiting existing and potential customers.
• Achieves assigned sales targets.
• Maintaining and updating (minimum weekly) our systems
• Candidate must possess strong mathematical skills and knowledge of basic cost for all freight forwarding products including air / ocean / domestic trucking / import and export.
• Candidate must possess high motivation and diligent work ethics.
• Candidate should have experience with both air and ocean, import and export, preferably emphasis on air.
• Working closely with operation team and overseas agents to help maintain and develop a collaborative relationship for customers satisfaction
• Follow up and respond to sales leads provided by management.
• Other tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be legal to work in the US.

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

· Bilingual in Chinese is plus.

· Exceptional call handling skills & phone etiquette

· Multitasking and time management

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

· 2 year of experience in the field is preferred, Cargowise experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
