Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing behavioral therapy and support. Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients
- Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Teach clients essential life skills, including activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure consistent care and progress
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions and progress
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavior change
- Provide behavior management support as needed

Qualifications:
- Currently certified as a registered behavior technician
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
