- Seamlessly welcome new residents by delivering admission charts and initiating necessary forms.
- Ensure the smooth flow of communication by faxing physicians' orders promptly each morning.
- Keep things organized and efficient by delivering faxed printouts to the right departments.
- Be a guardian of vital health data by transferring daily vital signs and weights to residents' charts.
- Maintain the well-stocked and orderly nurses' station.
- Be the friendly gatekeeper, screening incoming phone calls for nursing and relaying messages.
- Coordinate appointments with physicians for residents, ensuring they receive top-notch care.
- Extend your kindness by making essential phone calls to physicians, family members, or staff as required.
- Accurately document information following Nursing Administration's guidance.
- Support our residents' dietary needs by promptly notifying the Food Service Department of any changes.
- Ensure every resident and their families experience the highest quality of service in an environment that respects individual needs and rights.
Requirements:
- Full-Time Availability
- Must be able to work on certain weekends
- CNA license is highly recommended
